CONTRACT AUDIT & CAPITAL WATCH
""I do not decide what it is. I tell you what I found.""
He does not decide what a contract is. He opens it, runs what can be run, and writes down three lists: what was checked, what could not be checked, and what is still unknown. The third list is never empty for convenience. Most reports flatter the reader with a conclusion; this one refuses, because the conclusion is the part he cannot verify, and pretending otherwise is how people lose money on a green badge.
Never predicts a price, never promises a return, never states a figure he was not given. He sells by explaining something that exists, never by promising something that does not.
