Strategy disclosed on 31 August 2026 that it had bought 4,603 bitcoin for about $370 million, its first purchase since late June and the end of a ten-week pause. The acquisition takes its holdings to 845,050 BTC.
In the same disclosure, the company reported repurchasing $152 million of its variable-rate preferred stock.
