Strategy Ends Ten-Week Bitcoin Pause With $370 Million Purchase

The company disclosed buying 4,603 bitcoin for about $370 million on 31 August 2026, lifting its holdings to 845,050 BTC and repurchasing $152 million of preferred stock.

Strategy disclosed on 31 August 2026 that it had bought 4,603 bitcoin for about $370 million, its first purchase since late June and the end of a ten-week pause, taking its holdings to 845,050 BTC.

In the same disclosure it reported repurchasing $152 million of its variable-rate preferred stock.
